PAY ME™ Recovery Partner Agreement, version 1.0 (October 2026)

1. Relationship

You are an independent professional, not an employee or agent of PAY ME. PAY ME provides a platform that refers customer recovery cases to you. You alone decide how to perform the professional services you provide under your license.

2. Licensing and compliance

Approval is automatic and relies on your certification. You represent that you hold, and will keep current, every license, registration, certification and bond required to recover unclaimed property for a fee in each state you select. You will follow all state laws on fee caps, required agreement forms, disclosures, waiting periods and claim filing. You will notify PAY ME within 2 business days if any credential lapses, is suspended or is revoked. PAY ME may verify your credentials at any time, automatically suspends partners whose license expiration date has passed, and may remove any partner whose certification proves false.

3. Fees

Any fee charged to a customer must not exceed the lawful maximum for that state and must appear in the customer's signed, state-compliant agreement. During the Founding Partner Program, PAY ME charges you no platform fee and you pay PAY ME nothing per case. PAY ME will give 30 days' written notice before proposing any fee, and no fee applies without your written consent. Nothing in this agreement requires you to share professional fees in a way your licensing rules prohibit.

4. Customer data

You will use customer information only to perform the recovery case it was provided for. You will keep it confidential and secure, will not sell it or use it for marketing, and will delete it when the case closes or when the law allows, whichever comes later.

5. Case handling

You will accept or decline each assigned case promptly, keep its status current in the Partner Portal, and communicate with customers honestly and professionally. A case not accepted within 72 hours is automatically reassigned.

6. Term and termination

Either party may end this agreement at any time with written notice through the platform. PAY ME may suspend or remove a partner immediately for a credential problem, a legal violation, a customer-safety concern or misuse of data. Duties that by their nature continue, including confidentiality, survive termination.

7. Limitation

PAY ME does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee any number of cases. Each party is responsible for its own acts and omissions.

8. Electronic signature

By typing your name and submitting this form, you agree to this agreement electronically, and it has the same effect as a handwritten signature.
